• H.D.P.E PIPES

  • Features

HDPE Piping systems are used worldwide for conveying of water as well as for the transportation of hazardous fluids.
It offer the following advantages to the customer.

In comparison to the thermoplastics, PE80 shows an excellent diffusion resistance and
has therefore been applied for many years for the safe conveying of gases.

    Advantages

» Low specific weight of 0.95/m3 (PVC 1.40g/m3).
    » Very good chemical resistance.
    » Favorable transportation (e.g. Coils).
» Weather Resistance & Radiation Resistance process able (e.g. by deep-drawing).
    » Good weld ability.
» Due to less frictional resistance, less pressure losses in comparison with metals.
    » Very good abrasion resistance.
» No deposits and no overgrowth possible.
    » Freeze resistance.
    » Very good thermoplastic.
    » Resistant against rodents.
